Service Designer

We are looking for a Service Designer who will have the challenge of:

• Contribute to building a culture of customer centricity among product teams;
• Facilitate sessions of design thinking, ideation, design sprint, alignment and any type of workshop necessary to obtain alignment and convergence between the areas around the client;
• Collect and analyze product and market data, including through interviews with SKY customers, prospects and non-customers;
• Monitor the investigation process with the Research and CX teams;
• Share learning with the teams involved;
• Construction of as is and to be days, for the development of initiatives with the product areas;
• Collaborate in the definition of product experience strategies;

Identify yourself? Now we’d like to know if you have the necessary requirements:

• Complete higher education;
• MBA and / or Postgraduate studies will be a differential;
• Knowledge in Facilitation, Service Design, Design Thinking, Qualitative and quantitative research, interview with users, Google Analytics, Sketch, Adobe Package.
