Service Designer

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Share knowledge with the multidisciplinary design team, contributing to the maturation of the team and acceleration of learning.

• Contribute to the evolution and diffusion of the Service Design culture.

• Develop studies and deliverables (prototypes, mockups, among others) that consolidate the findings and contribute to strategic decision making.

• Develop market and ethnographic research to identify business opportunities and new markets.

• Conduct interviews to survey data and knowledge related to the projects.

• Validate the concepts and hypotheses raised with real users and demonstrate these results in a synthetic way. 

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Complete Superior in Design

• Experience with techniques to design solutions.

• Experience with articulating ideas orally or through deliverables (mockups, storyboards, wireframes, journeys, diagrams, prototypes, layouts, among others).

• Experience in market research and conceptualization of new business.

• Experience in Service Design.

• Experience in conducting and facilitating co-creation dynamics, workshops and design sprints.

• Knowledge of Illustrator, InVision, Photoshop, Sketch and Figma tools .

• English for technical reading.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Knowledge of Design System.

• Experience with interface design for web or mobile platform.
