Sênior Service Designer

Triggo Labs has a super cool opportunity to work as a Service Designer.

🎯 A little about the position:

Professional to work together with our partner in the Insurance area. The initial challenge is focused on prioritizing our partner’s personas and mapping the end-to-end journey to identify pain points and business opportunities

🏡 + 🏢 Working in a hybrid model (3x a week in the Campos Elíseos region in SP, with Mondays being mandatory) to enrich the relationship between areas and exchange of knowledge.

✍️ Main activities:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define and improve the customer journey, identifying critical touchpoints and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct user research, interviews and market analysis to understand the needs, desires and behaviors of customers.
• Develop customer journey maps and process flows that highlight the points of contact between the customer and the company.
• Create and facilitate in-person and online workshops;
• Connect different areas to have a consistent alignment on how to improve the service;
• From mapping the journeys with their pain points and opportunities, list the next steps and areas responsible for implementing solutions and quick-wins;
• Present results in executive forum.

💻 Main technical skills:

• Mastery of Service Design tools and adapting them according to the challenge;
• Workshop creation and facilitation;
• Discovery (quantitative and qualitative research);
• Disseminate knowledge of the area to stakeholders;
• Knowledge about metrics;
• In-depth Journey mapping;
• Blueprint;
• Fruit.
