Service Designer

MUST have a Security Clearance

• Specific qualifications requested – Service Designer must have experience designing client journey maps, personas, visual design, and improving experiences.
• general role description – Designs processes to improve user behavior, systems at scale, collaboratively with the UX and UI Designers. Service designer designs the end-to-end- journey of a service. Service designer provides evidence-based solutions and work collaboratively with UX researchers, designers and stakeholders. Service Designers research, prototype and test service designs, create customer journey maps and carryout stakeholder management.
• year’s relevant experience – preferably 5-10 years’, but we can consider other experience levels as well
• security clearance – has Reliability security clearance
