We are looking for someone who:
Has an ability to maintain relationships with clients in order to support change.
Participate in reflecting on the reflections during the projects.
Help to synthesize data, to disentangle opportunities.
Is comfortable participating in all stages of the design process (research, collection and analysis, ideation techniques, prototyping, etc.).
Has a vision and a willingness to contribute to the challenges of the social innovation environment.
Likes the variable pace at work.
Is comfortable with the vagueness, with the reality of a young agency moving forward with confidence.
Wants to participate in the vision to build Pollinis – shared leadership.
Has an ease in promoting our profession, our contribution to social change. Has the ability to educate future clients, find the right words to talk about what we do.
Likes to express himself graphically.
As a service designer, you have:
Professional training in the field of design.
Experience in user-centered social projects.
Experience in data analysis and translation.
An understanding and expertise of the different methodologies in service design.
The ability to synthesize in writing.
The desire to contribute to social innovation.
The ease of learning and using the digital tools available.
Fluency in oral and written French.
