Services and UX Designer

* Survey reports: identify and understand the needs of users that allow the design or redesign of services and / or products
* Design of services and products applying the design approach focused on people, institutional guidelines and adjusted to current regulations
* Design of experiences and digital interfaces, incorporating content that facilitate communication between the product or service and users
* Analysis of user experience in relation to the digital projects implemented
* Among others

Specialization in any of the following areas (courses, diplomas, etc.), Usability and information architecture, User experience, Service design, Agile methodologies.
Specific Knowledge in, User research (qualitative and quantitative methods), Design of experiences and digital interfaces in high fidelity, Design of services (user journey map, service blueprints, persona profiles, etc.), Information architecture and navigation flows, Facilitation and conducting workshops on co-creation with users, Prototyping and testing with users, Handling of Sketch and Invision prototyping tools and agile methodologies.
