Services and UX Designer

Basic requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in the application of user experience (UX) design methodology in digital projects in public or private institutions.

Specialization in any of the following areas (courses, diplomas, etc.):
* Usability and information architecture.
* User experience.
* Design of services.
* Agile methodologies.

Specific knowledge in:
* User research (qualitative and quantitative methods).
* Design of experiences and digital interfaces in high fidelity.
* Design of services (user journey map, service blueprints, persona profiles, etc.).
* Information architecture and navigation flows.
* Facilitation and conduction of co-creation workshops with users.
* Prototyping and testing with users.
* Handling of Sketch and Invision prototyping tools.
* Agile methodologies.

Functions to perform:
* Survey reports
* Design of services and products applying the design approach focused on people, institutional guidelines and adjusted to current regulations
* Design of experiences and digital interfaces, incorporating content that facilitate communication between the product or service and users.
* Analysis of user experience in relation to the digital projects implemented.
* Implement digital analytics tools to measure the behavior of users
