Senior Service Designer

We are currently looking for a Service Designer Sr.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in strategic design, service design and customer experience.
• Experience in definition, creation and implementation of experience management tools and methodologies (Customer Journey Map, Service blue prints, CSAT, NPS and CES)
• Participation in workshops and work instances for the management of CX support methodologies.
• Solid knowledge in visual design (composition, readability, accessibility, etc.)
• Management of Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, Maze or similar.
• English: Intermediate level
