Interning at Blank offers an unique opportunity to work collaboratively in a dynamic and international team. We offer hands-on experience to learn and experiment new methods to deliver design solutions in a more engaging, long-lasting and holistic way.

Service Design Interns work closely with our design team on projects relating to service and product innovation. Your role within the team is to inform the design process through a holistic lens by taking into consideration all stakeholders and all touchpoints across the journeys.

More precisely, the activities you will be involved in collaborative teams are:

• FACILITATE WORKSHOPS (EN+ZH)
• CONDUCT CONTEXTUAL INTERVIEWS
• BUILD CUSTOMER JOURNEY MAPS
• MAP OUT THE OPPORTUNITIES
• ORGANIZE CO-CREATION ACTIVITIES
• PROTOTYPE SOLUTIONS AND LEARN

Service Design internships are open to current degree students at any level (bachelors, masters) in any Service & System Design subjects (Service Design, UX Design, Strategic Design, Design Research, Business Design etc).
