We require SENIOR SERVICES DESIGNER for our work team with skills to respond to customer needs, facilitating people’s lives through unique experiences, with the ability to visualize business strategies and define new products. Management of the following programs is essential

Activities to do

• Development of test methods and prototypes for validation of customer needs
• Propose iteration methodologies
• Translation and mapping of research findings, communication of results and design of solutions
• Ideation of new services
• Validation of proposals with technical teams
• Planning co-creation sessions with cross-functional teams
• Support in the development of strategic roadmaps and collaboration with leaders
• Support in the development of roadmaps
• Promote the agenda according to the different states and needs of the service
