Service Designer

> Role and Experience:

Passion for innovation, design and technology;
Excellent creative, analytical and ideation skills;
Experience is using Design Thinking as a tool;
Strong critical thinking and creative skills with a passion for ambiguity and complex problem solving and translating vague information into tangible results;
Experience in a combination of the following domains: design research, experience strategy, experience design, innovation and implementation, experience design measurement, metrics and ROI, humanization organizations;
Strong core consulting skills, including: ability to craft compelling and actionable strategies, meeting and workshop development, management and facilitation, storytelling development, writing and presentation, idea and concept development, stakeholder interviews and relationship development , knowledge development and data analysis.
