Service Designer

We are looking for an experienced Service Designer who will help give products a clear direction – from the first definition of the problem to verifying the impact of the solution. You’ll have the opportunity to work in the context of the entire George ecosystem, be close to product decisions, and improve services used by millions of clients.

💡 What you’ll do: From insight to real change

• Identify opportunities based on client needs, data, and research.
• Design and develop client journeys across channels and life situations.
• Lead the discovery phase of the design process – from problem validation through the Opportunity Solution Tree to designing and verifying the impact of solutions.
• Collaborate on solution and strategy design with product management, development, research, and stakeholders across Česká spořitelna and the Erste Group.
• Help teams make decisions that make sense for both clients and the business.

🎯 We’ll be a good fit if: You understand people and services

• You have several years of experience in service design, research, and working with client journeys or service blueprints.
• You can formulate opportunities and design the target client experience.
• You can design experiments and measure their impact.
• You enjoy solving complex problems and finding meaningful solutions in the context of George or the bank.
• You can defend the direction of a solution from the perspective of clients, business, and technology.

You are proactive and collaborative

• You work with data and use it in decision-making (e.g., Tableau or PostHog).
• You think in context and seek the simplest possible solutions.
• You’re not afraid to point out what doesn’t work and actively look for better ways.
• Miro, Figma, or FigJam are your everyday tools.
• You can communicate in English when collaborating across the Erste Group.
