Senior Service Designer

Would you like to…?

• Work with an exciting client base which includes some of the biggest and most innovative businesses in our region
• Lead the service design stages of a project, translating research insights into memorable and differentiating user experiences
• Scope, plan and lead service design projects and provide engaging strategic consultancy to our clients
• Map and visualize user insights and experiences to help shine a bright light on the challenges and opportunities of our clients
• Prepare, coordinate and participate in a wide array of exciting research endeavors
• Become a thought leader, and share your ideas and know-how both internally and externally to inspire colleagues and clients alike

We would like you to be…

• A skilled service designer with 5+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably from the consultancy side
• A master graduate in business, design, research or other relevant educational background
• A strong team player who believes that we’re better together, able to deal with complex projects and guide more junior designers
• A great communicator and workshop facilitator and a solid client partner, able to listen, advise and build strong relationships with our clients
• Hands-on when needed! Proficient in sketching, visualizing, prototyping and other service design techniques like value proposition, journey mapping, service specification, blueprinting, testing, etc.
• A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive – and the guts – to bring them to life
• Fluent in Danish and English – other languages are a bonus!
