Service Designer

About the job

We are looking for an experienced service designer who can help build individual-based social and health services as well as high-quality customer experiences. You have a passion for designing services and solutions based on the needs and goals of both healthcare professionals and patients in the social and healthcare field.

If you possess the following characteristics, you will fit perfectly into our business:

• Central to your work are both qualitative and quantitative methods. As a designer, you carry out your work by understanding the individual, or group’s goals, needs, motives and feelings.
• You love trends! You recognize the real phenomena and backgrounds for these. You can create ideas and are good at facilitating brainstorming sessions for even complex issues. You can make the necessary analyzes and create results for use by both your team and the customers.
• You can plan and implement services and solutions using co-design methods.
• You have 3-5 years of experience as a service designer, and you are motivated by working closely with people across competencies, nationalities and organizations. You have experience from projects within the healthcare system.
• Speaking English in work relationships is natural for you, and if you can also speak Norwegian it is a big plus.
