Service Designer

We develop renewable energy projects and energy storage solutions, and we invest in startups in the electrification sector.  

We’re looking for a Service Designer to join our retail team. The retail team operates in our company like an internal startup focused on creating innovative ways to package, market, and sell clean electricity to customers. You’ll play a key role in shaping solutions that ensure seamless and compelling products for our customers. 

Your daily role:    

• Deliver seamless customer experiences across digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring a customer-centric approach.  
• Apply systems thinking to analyse, prioritise, and optimise service touchpoints, processes, and hardware-related challenges. 
• Develop and maintain the “Sunly Way” Handbook and create SOPs for subcontractors to ensure alignment with our service standards. 
• Facilitate workshops and user research to identify and implement service improvements. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement service solutions across all channels.  

What describes you:     

• Experience in service design crossing the threshold between digital & physical worlds, with a focus on optimising customer-centric services. 
• Skilled in conducting user research and testing, using insights to inform actionable solutions. 
• Proficient in systems thinking, with the ability to analyse, map, and optimise service touchpoints and processes.  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
