Senior Service Designer

Criteria

You already have several years of experience working as a service designer. You have strong motivation and the ability to do people-oriented work. You want to bring well-founded perspectives to the activities of agile development teams based on design thinking and human-centered research. We hope that you are active and social and that you will be happy to participate in the activities of our own Design team as well as the current sales and customer teams. Self-directedness, reliability and responsibility are important qualities, because as an expert you may act independently as a representative of a people-centered perspective even in large projects. Taking responsibility for the quality of work and schedules is important to us. With us, you will never be alone, but you will be supported by a large and competent network of experts.
