How to succeed with us

We are looking for someone who has the enthusiasm and desire to work in a successful and international work community. The person we are looking for has expertise and / or completed courses in service design and user experience design, and wants to develop into a versatile service designer for future digital services in government departments.

The work of a service designer includes e.g. the following:

• Designing different service concepts
• the design of digital services achievable
• Be involved in client projects doing concept design or a more detailed level design
• Knowledge of various user research and testing methods
• conception and innovation workshops withdrawal
• User-centered design
• coordination of business needs, technological possibilities, as well as the customer experience

work requires mm. the following qualities and skills:

• Active and spontaneous work approach
• Teamwork and interaction skills
• Willingness to learn new things and develop both one’s own and the team’s ways of working
• Good written and oral Finnish and English language skills
• Appropriate studies
• Experience with design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Invision, Axure tmv.
