Lead Service Designer

You will be working as a Lead Designer in a wide portfolio of multi-dimensional service design projects, as well as an advisor to our clients building their own customer experience management and in-house design capabilities. Since this specific discipline is still relatively new at Miltton, you’ll have a chance to be a trailblazer and strengthen our constantly developing approach to design with your own personal toolkit.

While it’s obvious you’re a strong team player with several impactful service design projects behind you, we’re also looking for someone with passion in:

• Using design as means to generate positive impact in the new context.
• Deeply analyzing and redesigning how teams and organizations collaborate as complex systems, not just how their service journeys and different touchpoints work from the customer’s point of view.
• Routinely combining qualitative and quantitative research methods to continuously form rich insights to reach for maximum proven impact in your work.
• A variety in your daily work: Miltton works with both public and private organizations across many fields, so we expect you to actively lend your design skills to your colleagues from our different business areas.
