Lead Service Designer

We are looking for service designers for LINK Design’s Espoo headquarters who have gained a few years of experience and insight into  service business development projects  . We work flexibly both in the office and remotely. If you have more experience and expertise, the position can also be tailored as a  Lead Designer. 

The designers become part of a team of experts made up of service designers and UX designers. The experts also work closely with experts from the product and technology units on joint projects. We are implementing projects for both public administration and the needs of the private sector, and we currently need experts in both sectors.

You will succeed with these snacks

We expect the service designer to have an independent working approach and previous work and method experience of at least 2-3 years. In your service business development projects, your work emphasizes the management of entities, the collection, analysis and illustration of fragmented information into an understandable entity. Your tasks also include the implementation and testing of rapid prototypes at physical, digital and social interfaces.

We contribute to streamlining our customers’ customer paths, which also requires the development of the organization’s operating cultures and internal processes. Participatory design skills, methodological and facilitation skills, and the ability to inspire others are the skills and attributes you need. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team that combines physical and digital interfaces into people-oriented services.

We require selected experts to take initiative and the ability to carry out projects independently and from business understanding. Of course, you will find training suitable for the position and you will be able to communicate in your work fluently in Finnish and English.
