Service Designer

Service Designer – become part of the NHG team

We are now looking for a Service Designer to strengthen our Design team. You will work on meaningful projects that combine service design, healthcare development and human-centered impact. Your work location will be in Keilaniemi, Espoo, but we also offer the opportunity to work remotely.

You will succeed in the task if…

• you have a self-directed approach to work, and you use your own expertise to advance projects in a practical way with various social and healthcare actors
• you do your work by understanding people’s goals, motives and emotions – a people-oriented approach comes naturally to you
• you have some knowledge of the social and healthcare operating environment and have experience in projects in the field
• you have several years of experience in service design tasks and education appropriate to the task
• you have experience in designing digital services and possibly also in change management
• you work fluently in Finnish and English; proficiency in another Nordic language is considered an advantage

Graphic and user interface design skills are considered an advantage.
