Senior Service Designer

Your normal workweek could hold workshopping of key pain points based on logistic center observation visit with one customer, making a sales pitch to another and re-visiting wireframes with the development team for third project/customer. All this will be done in close co-operation with a fellow designer and technical team member. Good services are designed to be feasible and a breeze to use.

To succeed in this role, we hope you to have experience in the following areas:

• Experience in facilitating meetings
• Savvy negotiation skills and ability to easily prioritize, justify your ideas and suggest improvements and action points based on them
• Experience in process planning, eg. through blueprinting and journey mapping
• Ability to identify pain points and opportunities of success in client’s current systems
• Familiarity in conducting user interviews (observing, interviews, surveys)
• Understanding or interest towards business design and business case building
• Excellent communication skills in English

Seen as an advantage:  

• Experience in e-commerce, brick-and-mortar stores or combining these and/or familiarity with the context of logistics and warehouse operations
• Understanding information architectures meaning in design work
• Familiarity with the context of logistics and warehouse operations
• Ability to draw wireframes
• Finnish skills
