Our design team is now looking for an experienced colleague who is passionate about meaningful design work. We partner with our customers and help our customers shape their digital business through service design. Here, you have a key role to play in building a digital strategy with business developers, service designers and UI / UX designers. You conceptualize and design digital experiences to meet the needs of both today and tomorrow.

Your job is to understand the customer’s digital services as a whole and to identify and format new digital outputs , so your job description is broader than the design of individual services. An important part of your work is planning and facilitating strategic and goal-oriented workshops using service design methods. Together with the customer, we define business needs, formulate a design briefing, define target groups and create goals and a framework for the entire project. Genuine interest in customers’ business is important.

We hope for you

  • Several years of experience in service design in digital projects
  • Previous experience in facilitating participatory design workshops and user research
  • You know how to formulate a customer’s Business Challenge into a tangible design brief and goals that UI / UX Designer and the rest of the team can tackle
  • You are familiar with service formatting methods and industry terms that are part of your active vocabulary
  • Customer-oriented consulting work requires good interaction skills; you are an uncomplicated team player
  • The visual eye and the ability to visualize the findings of the service design phase are calculated to your advantage as well as the management of the tools we use: Miro (Realtime board), Sketch, InVision, Adobe tools
  • Fluent in Finnish and English
