Senior Service Designer

We are now looking for a seasoned Senior Service designer to join our core team at Nordcloud Design and to help our clients to succeed on their digital transformation journey. The candidate should be comfortable working with end-users and different stakeholders, passionate about design and curious about technology and data.

Your daily work

• Close collaboration with customers, users and the project team, finding out end-users and stakeholders needs.
• Being responsible for service design related deliveries in your projects.
• Facilitating collaborative sessions with multidisciplinary teams and actively partnering with relevant stakeholders.
• Supporting your team and collaborating within Nordcloud with different stakeholders
• Supporting business development, as well as our Sales team.
  Contributing to our design domain development and utilising the IBM Design framework.

Please bring with you

• 5+ years of relevant work experience and expertise in common Service Design related methods and practices (such as research, analysis, facilitation, concepting, systems design, design thinking and related tooling).
• Experience in consulting and capability to support and guide our clients to succeed in their business by utilising the human-centric design approach.
• Adaptability and resilience – capability to utilise design practises for various industry needs and projects in different scales.
• Creativity and thinking outside the box – business landscape for Nordcloud is constantly evolving so we guide, facilitate, and contribute to this development as designers.
• Interest in developing Nordcloud business areas and design practices, and in cloud technologies and data as enablers for service design practices.
• Proven skills in presenting, teamwork and effective communication with different stakeholders.
• Experience also from Business design is an asset
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
  It would impress us even more if you have understanding and/or experience in business requirements and UX design impacting successful service design.
