Senior Service Designer

Your job is to understand the totality of the customer’s digital services and to identify and format new digital outputs , so your job description is broader than the design of individual services. An important part of your work is planning and facilitating strategic and goal-oriented workshops using service design methods. Together with the client, we define business needs (business design), formulate a design brief, define target groups and create goals and a framework for the entire project. Genuine interest in customers’ business is important.
