As a senior, you are used to taking over the job as a matter of course and going through the project from start to finish. You are able to plan and implement your own work and make sure that the concept and the final product form a high-quality and visionary whole.
As a co-worker, you like to spar and ball and help others succeed. You will be happy to participate in sales, project planning, and workflow estimates.

We are waiting for you
- At least five years of experience working as a service designer
- Several years of experience in consulting
- Experience in developing services in various industries
- Educational background in the field of design
- Ability to implement projects in both Finnish and English
We are especially excited if
- You will find insight into business development through service design
- Experience in conceptualizing new services and their business models
- Promoting service design capabilities in companies
- Or an insight into the use of data in business development
