Senior Service Designer

You are responsible for:
- Bringing customer focus and Design Thinking operating models into service development in day-to-day operations and, for example, by facilitating workshops
- Identifying current and potential needs and behavioral patterns of customers and service users through qualitative and quantitative research and involvement
- Defining, planning, conducting and implementing user research objectives
- Collaboration with businesses and development teams
- Understanding business needs and identifying design opportunities
- Management and implementation of practical design work, by participating in customer-oriented design of user interfaces as part of a team, eg by prototyping
What skills do you succeed in our mission?
- You will have diverse and deep practical design expertise, especially in service and user interface design, as well as strong references from previous work.
- You will have knowledge of agile development methods and application skills in the design and implementation of services
- You have an appropriate university degree and master both service design tools (Service Blueprint or Customer Journey Maps, workshop facilitation in Mural, etc.) and design tools (e.g. Figma).
- You will have very strong interpersonal skills and evidence of successful collaboration with various stakeholders as part of a team.
- You set the bar high in your work . You have the ability to inspire colleagues and a passion for continuous self-improvement and self- improvement.
- You will find curiosity that brings you a natural way of understanding the nuances of our business while constantly following the evolution of the world around us .
