Service Design

We are looking for a summer trainee with service designer background to join our Customer Experience team! This is a fixed term opportunity for the summer months of 2022.

You will assist our service designers perform customer research and form value adding and actionable insights. As part of the team you will design functional and desirable digital services based on customer understanding. Through your education you are skilled in human-centric design practices and service design methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in service design projects that improve our B2B business operations
• Assist in customer research tasks, both interviews and customer surveys
• Assist in organizational and process development projects that turn our business operations lean and customer value adding

What are we looking for?

• About to graduate service design student or recently graduated service designer
• Excited to work with people and assist service designers to facilitate workshops and communicate findings
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Bonus points

• UX Design skills
• Customer research experience
• Experience in B2B business enviroment
