Service Designer

We are looking for Service Designers with strong interest in working with data and AI through the human-centered approach. We have great opportunities for Service Designers with different backgrounds. Previous hands-on experience as a Design Lead, Service Designer or UX Designer in the projects of data analytics, process automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or ethical technology gives you a smooth start in this position.

However, those are not mandatory requirements as long as you are eager to roll-up your sleeves, ready to learn and leverage your solid service design experience through data-driven approach. If you are ready to take on more responsibilities, you can take part in the project sales/offer work and might also drive the entire design process as a project lead.

We can help you build your story the most when you have at least:

• Solid knowledge and practical experience from applying design thinking and service design methods.
• Good understanding of business development and strategy work, e.g. utilizing data as part of service development, business strategies development, processes optimization.
• Experience of developing data solutions or digital services in an agile environment.
• Experience in working at a technology agency or consulting gives you a smooth start in our client projects and is considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and interaction skills as well as an ability to facilitate workshops with different stakeholders.
• Fluent oral and written proficiency in English, Finnish being a strong advantage.
