Service Designer

We are looking for a service design expert for our Process Design & Business Roll-out team for a three-month summer wash. We are part of the Business Transformation unit and the core areas of our work are the design of customer interface operating models and system capabilities that support our business , as well as implementation support. In your role, you will be able to participate in our activities on a large scale and as a member of a great team of experts.

We require you to:

• A university degree in design or advanced design studies
• Passionate customer and user orientation
• Ability to learn quickly and perceive wholes
• Self-reliance and bold ideation
• Good collaboration skills and the ability to operate in a wide stakeholder network
• Strong oral, written and visual expression skills in both Finnish and English
• Practical experience in service design work
