Service Designer

We are now looking for a service designer who is willing to take a growth-oriented design agency with us. As a service designer, you work closely with our various customer segments. The person we are looking for is able to work at least part of the week in Rovaniemi and meet our Northern Finnish customers. The employment is for a fixed term until 31 December 2021, after which there is a possibility of a continuation agreement.
WHAT TYPE ARE WE LOOKING FOR
As our operations grow, we look for a Type in the team that is able to bring in a wide range of expertise and bold vision to develop operations. You must have a passion for understanding and formulating solutions that truly serve people.
As a service designer, you work closely with our various customer segments. The person we are looking for can work at least part of the week in Rovaniemi and meet our northern Finnish customers.
The most important thing for us is that you are able to lead and carry out design projects (crystallization of needs, choice of methods, customer involvement and understanding, communication, change management, etc., you know!) So previous experience and successful projects will help here.
We also want you to love solving challenges and to proactively seek solutions to them to improve our operations. We want you to challenge us to evolve and you are taking our services to a new level. You already have the knowledge and experience to manage service design projects. You will be able to lead change and take on the role of a guide with an understanding of the person.
