Service Designer

As a Service Designer at Cybercom, you get to work in the world of a wide variety of different kind of Service Design customer projects in the field of designing digital services. For Service Designer in our Design team, this means that you have to have the capability to dive into the deep end of the pool and adapt to different working environments with different kind of people.

Often, you will have the chance to dive into customer project in the industry that you might have never experienced before, and therefore you have to be able to find the solutions and development ideas out of the massive amount of data and customer needs. Clarifications, conclusions and plans are something that comes to the table because of your skills in Service Design.

Like said, you will work in a customer interface around versatile customer projects. You will work tightly in co-operation with our other designers, customers and developers, but this role definitely requires also the capability to work independently, but still, sharing the knowledge to others. 

This role is an exciting and unique chance to experience a different kind of Service Design challenges in different environments, and your professional strengths are highly harnessed based on your personal interest and the path you want to walk in your career.

Skills & Requirements
