Service Designer

ABOUT KIVRA

Kivra is a new digital mailbox and service for paperless interaction between companies and consumers. Kivra is an easy-to-use service for processing invoices and for storing invoices and other documents.

The role

We’re looking for Service Designer to join our green Kivra Finland team. You will be working closely with our developers and marketing team both in Finland and in Sweden. Your role is crucial in ensuring our service matches the Kivra quality and customer expectations.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Steer both tech and marketing towards a unified voice of Kivra to all customers
• Help tech to apply existing design and brand guidelines in everyday work
• Formalise the information architecture of the interface
• Create prototypes and mocks on new concepts
• Work with marketing on graphical design of campaigns and branding
• Contribute to sales materials

A PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS:

• Several years of experience in service or UX design
• Several years of experience in graphic design
• A strong understanding of user experience, interaction design and research methods.
• A good understanding of modern technologies and design systems
• Experience in building customer insight
• A background from working in a cross functional teams with agile processes and user centric methods
• Fluent English and Finnish
