Service Designer Trainee

Your next chance

We are looking for a process and / or service design expert for our Process Design & Business Roll-out team for a three-month summer wash. We are part of the Business Transformation unit and the core areas of our work are the design of customer interface operating models and system capabilities that support our business , as well as implementation support.

We also develop methods related to the renewal of our services and act as facilitators of co-development. In your role, you will be able to participate in our activities extensively and become the ninth member of an amazing team of experts.

We require you to:

• A university degree or advanced studies in a field suitable for the task
• Passionate customer orientation
• Fast learning ability and perception of wholes
• Self-reliance and bold ideation
• Good cooperation skills and the ability to operate in a wide network of stakeholders
• Experience in co-development work and enthusiasm also grows into a facilitator role
• Strong oral, written and visual expression skills in both Finnish and English
• Competence in process or service design work
