About the Role

We’re looking for a service designer who’s excited to bridge the gap between business and tech through design. You’ll join a growing in-house design team focused on making Sievo’s software intuitive, human, and genuinely helpful.

You’ll be working across the full design process  from researching user needs to shaping services that solve real problems for global B2B users. Procurement experience isn’t required. What matters is that you’ve worked with B2B customers and enjoy bringing clarity to complexity.

We work with the latest service design research and UX tools including various AI assistants, Figma, Gainsight and Confluence.

What can you expect

You’ll be working with Customers to understand their needs, Product managers to meet business requirements, Designers to workshop new solutions and Engineers to turn your ideas into new services. Spanning from user research strategies to designing intuitive user interfaces, this is a job for a multi-talent willing to make real business impact. You will be allowed to try out your ideas, even the ones that might fail.

Let us know if you have a burning desire to understand end users’ motivations and come up with creative ways to improve their experience. Sievo is a ‘Great place to work’ award winner with a competitive compensation package and office located in downtown Helsinki. We work in a hybrid setting where you are expected to join us in the Helsinki office a few times a week.
