Service Designer

About the Role: As an AI Service Designer, you will shape innovative data and AI-driven solutions for clients in industrial, retail, finance, and public sectors. Your role will ensure that user needs are prioritized and that solutions align seamlessly with business processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and engineers to design and implement AI solutions that deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze process flows and user journeys to identify opportunities and pain points
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops
• Design service concepts for data and AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with product teams to create user-centric solutions.

Ideal Experience and Skills:

• 5-10 years of service design experience, preferably in data-intensive industrial, retail, or finance environments
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Experience in user research and conducting workshops
• Proficiency in design tools
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
