Service Designer

Are you passionate about design and looking to give meaning to your skills by working on projects that have a societal impact? Join us at Itinéraire Bis, an agency specializing in the co-design of public services and public policies!

We are looking for a versatile designer profile (or “Swiss Army Knife”) with 2 to 3 years of experience, comfortable in service design as well as in space design and facilitation of collective intelligence workshops.

Your main missions  :

– Project management:  from strategy to execution and recommendation, you will support each stage of public policy design projects.

– Support in service design:  you will be in charge of designing innovative user journeys, serving the common good, integrating general interest and transition issues.

– Design and facilitation of collective intelligence workshops:  you will facilitate co-creation in the Paris region and throughout the territory with agents, citizens and experts, using open tools, in order to promote situated, concrete and inclusive solutions.

– Drafting calls for tender:  you will actively participate in the drafting of methodological proposals to support public stakeholders.

– Development:  you will take part in discussions and actions to develop the offers and tools of Itinéraire Bis

What would be a plus:

– Good foundations in graphic, product or spatial design: your initial training in design is an asset.

– Ability to adopt a systemic approach: you know how to take a step back and analyze projects in their entirety and make them interact with contemporary issues and weak signals.

– Experience in public service design: sensitivity to projects of general interest is highly appreciated.

– Graphic facilitation skills: proficiency in drawing, sketching and diagramming in real time during workshops to illustrate ideas and processes in a visual and engaging way.

– Animation: you know how to create participatory dynamics and be comfortable in your interactions, both written and oral.Agence Itinéraire bis
