Service Designer H/F

As part of our development, we are looking for a Service Designer in Paris, for one of our major clients.

Your daily missions (non-exhaustive list):

• Frame and develop proposals for intervention with the professions
• Write recommendations notebooks, audits and UX Strategy benchmarks
• Lead and deliver the various UX workshops using Design Thinking methodologies
• Synthesize user research (qualitative and quantitative) and business data to help shape product roadmap, designs, and future research activities
• Benchmark and synthesize current trends
• Helping businesses address problems and find opportunities that will bring value to the business and users
• Help in the co-construction of the digital roadmap
• Facilitate workshops with collective intelligence techniques to animate the creativity phase
• Design and produce wireframe models and interactive prototypes
• Organize, conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative user tests
• Outline the design of future product/service experiences
• Validate hypotheses with users
• Facilitating arbitration and communication through storytelling

About you :

• Confirmed profile, you have significant experience of at least 7/8 years in a similar position.
• You have mastered the practices of Design thinking and Agility
• You speak English AND French fluently
• Very good communicator, you also have excellent interpersonal skills and have an appetite for working in a multidisciplinary team.
