Designer in Digital Services and Experiences

The mission

As a Designer at Genius, your role will be essential in identifying AI-related value creation opportunities within our clients’ marketing teams.

You will join a multidisciplinary team also including a business profile and an engineer  to explore with you the potential of AI for our customers.

Concretely, in your mission: 

• You will test your ideas and propose the best solutions for our customers, from interviewing users to modeling the solution.
• You will also participate in the organization of ideation workshops and contribute to making our innovations desirable.

Your profile

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a versatile designer position , with a UX/UI coloring which can be a plus.
• You demonstrate an excellent sense of execution, combining speed and quality in your renderings.
• You are curious about artificial intelligence and its potential to transform the world.
• You are eager to learn and are open to working for clients in various sectors such as banking, consumer goods, hotels and restaurants, public service, etc.
• You are determined to carry out your innovations by testing and launching them and embody the values ​​of benevolence, challenge, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Finally, you are proficient in English and the main visual creation tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma , etc.
