Service Design

Within the CoProD Department, whose vocation is to support the multiple transformations of our administrations, you have two main missions: – support projects related to uses: simplification of user journeys, design or renewal of service offers in line with the needs of users and agents. You clarify the issues, you organize or participate in the diagnosis, ideation and prototyping and then contribute to deploying the solutions envisaged. Exit point: renewed and relevant service offers. – participate in the animation of the “Lab”, community of facilitators of Rennes Métropole. You thus ensure the dissemination of new practices, methods and a user-oriented culture.

Expected skills:

Having, if possible, a first experience and a solid training in service design, you master the questions of facilitating collective intelligence (leading groups, conducting interviews, immersion), methods of analysis and diagnosis, prototyping and experimentation techniques but also argumentation and negotiation. Endowed with good interpersonal skills: ability to listen, empathy, pedagogy, you know how to work in a team, in a network or in collaborative form, as well as to show autonomy in the follow-up of your projects. Curious, creative, you manage to mobilize a group to experiment. You also know how to demonstrate rigor and initiative,

Conditions of recruitment:

Position open to agents holding the employment frameworks of territorial attachés or territorial engineers (or an equivalent employment framework by way of secondment), to the winners of these competitions as well as to candidates recognized as disabled workers under the conditions provided. by article 38 of law 84-53 of 01/26/84, or failing that to non-permanent civil servants by contract (3-year fixed-term contract).
