Service Designer

As a User Researcher / Service Designer, you will carry out user research, service design and user journey design activities within the Supply Chain Optimization domain within the Supply Chain Digital Platform.

The Supply Chain Optimization domain accompanies all the processes of the supply chain with the aim of optimizing it. It is in this context that we wish to strengthen our designer team with a Researcher/Designer profile leading

MISSIONS

• Maintain a watch on the research / service design expertise and know how to share it with the other designers of the Design Supply Chain team
• Define a target experience strategy for the various services/products produced for the Adéo group
• Produce usage maps with their associated environments
• Create service blueprints
• Conduct expanded and experiential benchmarks
• Write decision support rationales, insights from research and business strategy, as well as analysis reports
• Build and sequence the information architecture within business user journeys
• Facilitate design thinking workshops in the strategy or research phases or during design sprints
• Design user journeys
• Support UX / UI designers in handling restitution, insights and the design of user interfaces
• Prepare, lead and deliver usability tests and recommendations for project teams
