// Supporting partners in setting up collaborative and facilitating methods : identifying and analyzing needs, designing and producing tools, experimenting with services.

// Update and develop new user-centered innovation tools and formats (workshops, field observation, user feedback workshops) and feed the toolbox

// Design, facilitate and animate exchange times with professionals and the general public (events: round table, meet-up, workshop, etc.)

// Maintain links and initiate collaborations with local actors on urban, digital and design issues

// Support change within organizations (training)

// Disseminate the knowledge produced (communicate, formalize deliverables, write articles)

// Adopt a continuous monitoring posture (identification of existing resources…)

and meeting new partners

// Mastery of user-centered innovation methods

across the entire innovation chain

// Strong project management skills

// Ability to work cross-functionally with various actors (large groups, communities, general public, etc.) and to mobilize its networks

// Ability to set up and lead creativity and mediation workshops

// Mastery of creative software (Adobe Suite, WordPress) and ease in graphic design

// Writing skills

// Interest in third places (involvement in the animation of the latter and in the life of the association)

PROFILE

// Service designer (Master 1 or 2 level diploma). Nevertheless, all applications, regardless of level of study, will be considered.

// First experience in the innovation sector appreciated (internship, work-study, job)
