Service Designer

MISSIONS:
Conductor of the Design of Services of your client, at the crossroads of user and provider needs, business, technological and operational issues, you lead the entire project.

Conduct field surveys in order to understand users and their environment: qualitative / quantitative studies, user interviews, field observations, etc.

Map field insights and prototype the selected solutions to make them understandable for the client and the project team

Involve the various stakeholders in order to propose a complete resolution model for the issues raised from the field.

Participate in the design of the tools that support the service in collaboration with the UX team and the Design service

Support your client throughout the process: organization of workshops, method and tests, support for new practices, etc.
PROFILE:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Design, ideally within a digital agency, a start-up or a design studio within a consulting firm

Bac + 5 training ideally obtained within a recognized school in Design and Business.

A successful experience in Service Design. You are an expert in Design Thinking and you know how to carry out all the phases: research, ideation, framing, prototyping, tests, realization.

Team player, you know how to involve all the stakeholders around a project.

Ability to convince and mastery of storytelling, you are comfortable with high-level interlocutors.

Teacher, you know how to adapt your speech and guide your clients throughout the project.

Fluency in English imperative.
