Service Designer

At ekino, we invest in user experience design! Our Design team of around twenty people brings together UX, UI, Service Designers, Strategic Designer and even Designers in order to offer an interface design perfectly suited to users. In this context, we are looking for our future (e) Service Designer!

Your missions:

• You will define the strategy and design digital services for key account clients and innovative start-ups.
• You will play an evangelising role internally but also with our customers.
• You will support the sales team on strategic recommendations, service design and user experience during calls for tenders.
• On projects, you will be responsible for the discovery, definition, prototyping and production phases. You will also be involved in the development phase of the project regardless of the project methods (Cascade, agile, lean, V, triple loops).
• You will have to ensure the rise in skills of junior profile and confirmed on the user experience.

Your experience :

• You have at least 5 to 6 years of practice in user experience design in an agency or service company with a strong digital culture and multidisciplinary teams.
• You have already implemented user experience methodologies with a real impact in figures.
• You are able to absorb different and new clientele issues.
