Service Designer (M / F)

Your missions:

• You will define the strategy and design multi-channel experiences for key account clients and innovative start-ups.
• You will support the sales team on strategic recommendations, service design, and user experience during calls for tenders.
• You will be responsible for the discovery, definition, prototyping, and production phases. You will also be involved in the development phase of the project regardless of the project methods (Cascade, agile, lean, V, triple loops).
• Participation in user studies and the collection of insights: in situ observation, individual interviews, focus group, sorting by cards, the benchmark …
• Production of design deliverables necessary for the smooth running of a project: personae, documentary analysis, experience map, customer journey …
• You tell the projects through storytelling and sketchnoting
• You will have to ensure the rise in skills of the junior profile
• You will play an evangelizing role internally but also with our customers.
