As part of a team of recognized designers and consultants, you will participate in the development of our design expertise applied to consulting.

You will put your expertise at the service of customers and will mainly work with general management (innovation department, HR, etc.) on missions such as:

• Develop a vision to prepare for future developments and create agility and resilience in the organization through foresight
• Co-construct new innovative offers
• Transform and reinvent the customer/user/patient and employee/agent/caregiver experience
• Support clients in their cultural transformation on organizational, technological but also responsible issues

Methodology and design approach yes but why stop there…

REQUIRED PROFILE.

Above all, we are looking for talents who wish to breathe new life into their careers and who want to discover and practice the profession of consultant and who have the desire to join a company with a positive impact.

Some elements that seem essential to us to apply for this offer:

• Have training in a design school and experience of at least 3 years within an innovation agency or within a consulting firm,  which has allowed you to have a good knowledge of the problems and challenges of design of services, user-centered approaches, business strategies, etc.
• Perfectly master design methodology, the creation of collective intelligence tools, formalization techniques and service design tools  (personae and user maps, user journeys, experience maps, storyboards, blue print, wireframe, prototype, etc. .)
• Know how to work with varied profiles  not experienced in the same methodologies as you
• Wish to evolve by training in new approaches and specialties  thanks to participatory, human, caring management based on trust
• Enjoy moving from one subject to another and changing environment  (client, pace, sector)
• Be willing to experience a hybrid model , mixing business and ESS
• Give importance to the actions and societal commitments of companies and rethink their role as well as yours in society.
