Service Designer (f/m/d)

Your tasks

• Support in the conception, implementation and evaluation of the accompanying research for projects
• Conducting specific ethnographic customer research 
• Primary research in the project as well as the development of supporting tools and creation of research materials to collect the data
• Conception and design of digital products and services as well as analysis and development of usage scenarios in storyboards, use cases and user stories
• Research of relevant scientific literature, current trends, e.g. on social media and benchmarks 
• Co-creative development of conceptual approaches in interdisciplinary teams, eg in workshops  

your profile 

• Completed studies (service design, psychology, human factors) or comparable with a focus on interaction or UX design
• Experience in the planning, support and implementation of digital products or services
• Proven expertise in service design, user experience design and interaction design
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills combined with a high degree of solution orientation
• Enthusiasm for digitization and relevant future technologies as well as for user-oriented design of digital products and services
