As a Senior Service Designer, you have the opportunity to support our customers with their challenges and to design solutions. Your tasks include:

• Implementation of consulting and implementation projects on strategic and operational issues in the field of service design
• Market analysis and monitoring of trends in the field of digital business models
• Analysis of existing business processes with customer and employee
relevance • You use your service design tools box for the Development and creation of customer journey and design thinking workshops to develop new services, processes
• Development of business model canvas, value proposition, concepts, frameworks
• Visualization of the results
• Further development of our consulting offer
• Support in the further development of our service design consulting team

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

What you should bring with you:

• Ideally, you have successfully completed a professionally relevant degree and at least 6 years of professional experience in a management consultancy, agency or in relevant roles in a company
• Several years of experience in the implementation of customer projects as a service designer or consultant
• Preferably experience in UX / UI topics
• In-depth knowledge of service design
• Strong customer orientation
• High communication and motivational skills
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
