In your new role as Senior Service Designer f/m/d at Computacenter, you will be responsible for recording service requirements from various customer segments in the product business as well as the associated services and controlling the quotation process.You can expect:
- Presentation and presentation of Computacenter services to customers
- Detailed analysis of customer requirements, e.g. B. based on an RfQ, RfI or RfP tender document
- Development and coordination of an efficient and innovative service design based on a comprehensive solution according to customer requirements (end-to-end)
- Preparation of offer texts and implementation of offer presentations as well as planning and control of workshops
- Assessment of the risks and opportunities in the respective solution design including necessary (counter) measures to limit the risks (risk mitigation)
- Documentation of the overall solution in the defined solution design template and support of the first phase of a transition and take-on project
- Identification and development of new services
