YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
- Supporting innovation projects for our customers in the public sector from planning to implementation
- Promoting user-centricity and empowering customers to adopt this perspective
- Conception and moderation of strategy and innovation workshops with clients and users
- Consideration of the interaction between people, technology and organization when developing and introducing solutions
- Enthusiasm among decision-makers in administration for new paths and digital transformation through an agile and open mindset
THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Completed studies in economics, (media) informatics, design, innovation management, psychology or similar qualification
- Several years of professional experience in agile projects, ideally in the context of digitalization or innovation
- Sound methodological expertise and practical experience in user research, user-centered conception, prototyping and testing of digital offerings
- Experience working in self-organized and interdisciplinary teams as well as strong communication and moderation skills
- Familiarity with common design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, etc. is an advantage.
