Senior Service Designer (m/w/d)

• We are looking for you with infectious passion and enthusiasm for research, design thinking, innovation and technology
• Together with our interaction designers, you create digital services that reach users emotionally – from the first idea to implementation
• You will examine user and customer motivation and behavior and derive archetypes, jobs to be done, customer journeys and service blueprints from them
• You bring methodical competence and safe handling of design and collaboration tools (such as Figma, Miro), as well as a good feeling for interaction & visual design
• You have the ability to build trust in the team and with customers, to make well-considered decisions, to stand up for them and to present them in resounding presentations (keynote / powerpoint).
• We are a digital agency – as you probably know – so experience in this area or in an IT company would be an advantage
